We are an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies, which means we do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to offer a truly personalized experience and the most advanced technology, longer appointments, and the freedom to recommend what’s best for your eyes, not what’s limited by coverage.

You are always welcome to use your HSA/FSA funds or submit your receipts for potential reimbursement from your insurance provider. And with our range of flexible payment options, including our in-house Peace of Mind Payment Plan, you can choose what fits you best.

Payment Methods We Accept

Credit & Debit Cards

We accept all major credit and debit cards for exams, fittings, products, and contact lens purchases. Payments can be made in-office or through our secure online system.

Cash & Cashier’s Checks

We gladly accept cash and cashier’s checks for any services or lens orders. Please make checks payable to In Focus Vision Solutions.

HSA / FSA Cards

You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) card toward eligible vision expenses — including specialty contact lenses, exams, and fittings. Tip: Check your plan’s balance and deadlines to make sure you maximize your available funds before they renew.

ACH Payments

For select purchases and recurring services, we offer secure, automatic bank withdrawals (ACH). This method is fast, reliable, and helps make ongoing care easy and stress-free.

CareCredit

We accept CareCredit, a healthcare financing card that allows you to pay over time for services not covered by insurance. Many patients use CareCredit for advanced lens designs or upgraded technology such as impression-based, HOA, Prism, or Multifocal lenses.

Are you in network with insurance?

We are out-of-network with all insurance providers. This gives our patients more flexibility and access to the most advanced care and technology available. You may still be able to submit your receipts to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We’re happy to provide detailed receipts or documentation upon request.

Can I use my HSA or FSA even if you’re out of network?

Yes! HSA and FSA funds are ideal for out-of-network services. You can use these cards toward exams, fittings, lenses, contact lens solution, or upgrades like impression-based or multifocal designs.

What is the Peace of Mind Payment Plan?

It’s our in-house, interest-free payment plan that allows you to split your balance into 12 easy monthly ACH payments. It’s especially helpful for patients without insurance or those investing in advanced lens designs.

What is CareCredit, and how does it work?

CareCredit is a third-party healthcare financing card that lets you pay for medical and vision expenses over time. Once approved, you can use it for eligible services at our office, then make convenient monthly payments directly through CareCredit.

Do you accept multiple payment methods?

Yes — you can mix and match payment types. For example, use your FSA for part of your costs, and a credit card or our payment plan for the remainder.

Can I pay off my balance early?

Absolutely. You’re always welcome to pay early with no penalties or additional fees.

Do you charge interest or extra fees?

No. Our in-house plan and ACH payments are always interest-free. Standard CareCredit terms may apply if you choose that option.
