Patient Testimonials

Read more about the patient experience at In Focus from the patients themselves.

Dear Dr. Morrison
I would like to include my experiences in your office comparing those against the others I have
experienced. I don’t want anything for sharing your success with my eyesight. If I can encourage
someone to take advantage of your talent, skills and professionalism, that serves me more than enough.
Dear Potential Patient,
I know testimonials from someone you have never and are unlikely to ever meet are problematic at first
blush - and being skeptical about advice from strangers is the Wise approach, so use this as part of your
homework:
I had been diagnosed with Bilateral keratoconus when I was in my 20’s. This is a condition where my
cornea began to bulge like a football instead of look like a basketball. The surgical technique used in the
late 1970’s required donor corneal tissue which was removed from the deceased with a cookie-cutter
type of device. My defective corneal tissue was removed in the same fashion and then sewn in place.
Just like stitching up anything, it created a corrugated, washboard effect on my new transplanted tissue.
I had to wait another year before a second donor was located and my remaining diseased corneal tissue
was removed and the replacement sewn into my other eye. The results of both surgeries was complete.
Correcting my vision, which was already plagued with astigmatism, was a very long road to travel.
Glasses wouldn’t work, so I went through dozens of variations of hard, gas-permeable rigid contact
lenses that used my natural tears to fill in the gaps between the inner surface of the hard contact lens
and my corrugated transplant. For a long time, I couldn’t see well with or without the lenses. This
process was hit-and-miss as the pressure from the contact lens reshaped my cornea with it’s size,
shape and weight. I had the great pleasure of meeting an outstanding doctor who painstakingly took
care of me for years. I also had the misfortune of meeting less scrupulous ones who tried radial k
surgery which left deformities and scars on my corneal transplant which was nearly catastrophic. That
was a point I should have done more research and failed to do so.
I was a cop in Arizona and Georgia for more than 40 years, suffering from the pain of poor fitting lenses,
dust, dirt and pollen which made my eyes extremely sensitive. I retired in 2014 and returned to Arizona’s
dry heat and dust which was even more unbearable than I had remembered. The Georgia humidity
could melt you in moments but it was very good for my contacts which were changed and modified
again and again.
It was in 2024 I was doing my homework (now) on scleral contacts and I called In Focus with great
trepidation and reluctance, but my old lenses would now keep me from driving.
So, this is the part where I will tell you about my experiences with Dr. Morrison’s office and it began with
a phone call. The wonderful lady who answered my call was Margaree, who was as angelic on the
phone as she is in person. She discussed my history and the new scientific techniques and procedures
for patients like myself, and, it turned out they no longer use corneal transplants for my condition - but
that’s another story.
Margaree helped me set up an appointment tailored to my specific needs. Now, you might think that the
staff might not be considered the king-pin of my treatment, but it was. I had never received this type of
initial care and thoughtfulness before. My next consultation was with Dr. Morrison. I would bore you ti
tears trying to describe the care, expertise and downright tenderness I received here. She made
measurements, calculations and molds of my corneas like nothing I had ever experienced before. I will
run out of superlatives and this will sound too good to be true, and believe me, i was a skeptic.
Margaree even taught me how to take the lenses in and out for which I proved to be a difficult patient
because my eyes had grown to expect and receive pain. To my relief, there was none.
I’ll make this deal with those of you who are doing your due diligence in selecting an eye doctor - i will
be happy to meet you at the In Focus office, and you can look right into my eyes and gauge the
authenticity of my story if it will help restore your vision to the degree mine has improved under this
doctor and staff’s care and expertise.
This is a top-tier medical office, and I encourage you to meet with the staff and doctors who just might
be able to restore your sight like they have with mine. You can even meet this old man if it will help with
your decision.
Most sincerely,
Frank Manson

Dr. Morrison is a true professional in every sense of the word. She is Extremely Knowledgeable, Articulate, Well Spoken, and Funny. Due to injuries, I received 25 years ago. I have been examined my share of Doctors. I would Rank Doctor Morrison in the Top 1% of all my Doctors.

I am a "True GolfNut". I Live, Eat, and Breath Golf. This is why I scheduled my initial appointment with Dr. Morrison I have been living with Double Vission since April of 1995, ( My Left Eye is Lower than my Right) due to an Eye and Muscle injury. I only have the double Vission on a severe downgaze. This kills my Set-Up and Swing Plane. Because of my injury, I developed Stigmatism. Over the years, it has increasingly and progressively gotten worse with each passing year. So I decided to do something about it. Initially, I was looking to have my Vission, surgically corrected. However after several discussions with a highly respected Ocular Surgeon and weighing out the pros and cons. I decided to try a less invasive approach, "Contact Lenses". Due to my unique circumstances with my Double Vision. The Surgeon suggested Contact Lenses. Then he gave me one name, "Doctor Caitlin Morrison". Prior to meeting Dr. Morrison I had never worn contact lenses. Therefore I didn't truly understand or comprehend just how important it was, to be properly fitted with the right Contacts.

The first time I spoke to Dr. Morrison I almost canceled the appointment. When Dr. Morrison informed me of the l Initial cost of the Exam/Office visit, I almost canceled. I could have easily saved $150.00 by going back to the Eye Doctor who had recently completed my latest eye exam. However, after listening to Dr. Morrsion describe in-depth in great detail; why I shouldn't purchase, Over the counter/Off shelf Contacts. I had a better understanding of the surgeon who had referred me to her. So I decided to suck it up and spend the money. The Old saying goes, " You get what you pay for". I kept the appointment and I am glad I did. My Vission is better for it.

Dr. Morrison fitted me with, a pair of Prism Contacts. The New Contacts have corrected my blurred vision and have made a dramatic difference with my (lower/higher) eye adjustment. It's not perfect and it never will be. Even if I have the surgery it will never be the same as it was. It has however made a huge difference with my body alignment with my Golf game. My vision hasn't been this good since March of 1995 before my injury. Currently, I am only wearing my new contacts when I know I am going to be playing Golf. I would like to wear them every day. However, I still struggle with taking them in and out. In the end, I was examined and fitted for Contacts; by a Specialist in the Field, Saved Money, and made a New Friend. In the future, Dr. Morrison will be the Only Doctor I consult when comes to my vision. I was asked by Dr. Morrison to give a little back story of my injuries. For those who might have similar Vission problems. I hope it helps.

My name is Gunnery Sergeant ( GySgt ) Jack A Jocsing USMC Retired. I am also a Blessed Survivor of the, " April 19th, 1995, Oklahoma City Bombing". Due to my injuries; I have had to undergo several reconstructive surgeries. My major surgeries were, ( "2" Right Arm Orthopedic Bicep/Muscle & Tendon Reconstructions, "3" Rhinoplasty and "2" Right Eye Orbital Socket Surgeries). I have also had several Laser surgeries due to massive scarring. In all, I have had 15-16 separate procedures. On the morning of April 19th, 1995. I walked into the Alfred P Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with 20/20 Vission. Due to injuries and trauma to my Left Eye and orbital socket. I developed astigmatism and Double Vission. I have now lived with it for this for 25 years

Immediately, she made me feel right at home. She took the time to explain how she does business extremely clearly and her experience in helping people like me. I had extreme confidence in her from the start. She would take the time to explain all the scans she took of my eyes and how she would uniquely customize my contact lenses based on what she saw. Three visits later, I have contact lenses that I am extremely happy with. I almost teared up the first time I put on the lenses because I saw the hairs on my arm so clearly!

Dr. Morrison goes above and beyond. She would constantly check in with me via email on how things were going and provide multiple reminders of upcoming appointments. She took the time to help me get every possible reimbursement from my medical and eye insurance for her services. She even offers CareCredit for payment (a monthly payment medical card with ZERO interest). She gave me multiple samples of all the types of eye drops, solutions, and tools needed to maintain my lenses. She took the time to train me on how to put the lenses on properly safely, and cleanly.

I am someone who has had many negative experiences with medical professionals, which admittedly has made me critical and cynical about most doctors in any field. That being said, I am confident in telling anyone who is having vision problems that Dr. Morrison WILL help you see better and make the process easy and effortless.

Roberto M.

I saw Dr. Morrison for keratoconus, experience with mold-designed scleral lenses, vision and comfort. Although I've worn contacts lens for 40 years, I have never experienced the quality and detailed fitting and lens performance that I now have from the lenses from In Focus.

Additionally, Dr. Morrison and her staff are also the nicest and most accommodating medical practice that you will ever visit.

Russell W.

After an unfortunate accident that left a 95% full-thickness laceration in my cornea, I came to Dr. Morrison to be fitted for a scleral lens. In her field she sees the worst of the worst - considering my circumstances were relatively benign compared to other pathologies she routinely treats, she maintained patience and sympathy nonetheless, which I appreciated throughout the process. Any doctor who educates you is worth their weight in gold, and I learned a lot from Dr. Morrison about scleral lenses, their use, maintenance and idiosyncrasies and even about the health of my own eyes, injury aside. Scleral lenses may take a bit of getting used to, but I was amazed when I went from having not great vision post-injury back to my normal 20/15 with the new lens. Honestly seeing normally again lifted a two month depression that persisted after my injury (during the healing process) which had left me feeling pretty hopeless. Now whenever I need to have my eagle eyes, I know I can easily pop my lens in and not have to worry about anything. A nice bonus was that the lens provided some additional relief from residual pain left after an earlier laser PRK surgery. I highly recommend entrusting Dr. Morrison with the care of your ojos and suggest following her on Instagram if you are looking to sharpen not only your knowledge but your vision... oh and please don’t forget to wear your safety glasses.

I am extremely happy I found this place. I was having problems with my contact lenses for years. My eyes were so dry my lenses would not stay in my eyes. My lenses would also irritate my eyes so much that I was hurting for hours. I gave up and would only wear my glasses. I saw that Dr. Morrison specialized in contact lenses so I gave it a try. My struggle is finally over! Dr. Morrison knew right away what to do and made me try out various options adapted to my eye shapes. She also gave me remedies to fix my dryness. I could not be happier to finally be able to see without glasses, and also not have dry eyes 24/7. What I mostly loved about this place was how personable and caring the doctor and staff was. They followed up with me and made sure everything was working for me.

Camille H.

Dr. Morrison is a treasure. Her expertise is as unparalleled as her attentiveness, kindness, helpfulness, and cheerfulness. Truly her eye care improved my vision from 20/800 (corneal scarring) to 20/20. Nobody else was able to do that.Recently she referred me to an optician who himself is a similar treasure. If you want the best care, Dr. Morrison is your best choice.

Edgar S

Dr. Kramer is talented, caring, and experienced! I have extremely challenging eye conditions and she works tirelessly with me, coming up with innovative and custom solutions that have extended my eye health and kept me from having surgery every year! She doesn't give up; she gets more driven. She thinks outside the box, is always researching, and extremely knowledgeable. I am so very grateful I found her!!! A highly renowned surgeon recommended her to me. I would recommend her to anyone, and everyone!

I just got back from a bike ride - something that I have not been able to in three years since my eye isssues started. Last night, I drove at night confidently with 20/15 vision. I now recognize the person looking back at me in the mirror because I no longer have to wear heavy glasses due to my high prescription. I feel like myself again. Dr. Morrison and the entire team at In Focus made all of that possible. Dr. Morrison has given me my life back. I’ve spent the years since my severe dry eye diagnosis in pain and deeply grieving the life I used to have. I now have a brand, new start filled with hope and optimism thanks to Dr. Morrison and my Eye Print Pro lenses. I flew from upstate NY to Arizona for my appointments, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Dr. Morrison’s expertise, compassion, and positivity made the entire fitting process a pleasure. Her scleral lens expertise and algorithms led to a perfect fit. My lenses are comfortable, nearly eliminated my dry eye symptoms, and provide me with 20/15 vision. Margoree trained me on lens instertion/removal. Her patience, tips, positivity, and encouragement gave me the confidence to tackle lens insertion/removal head on. I was able to go to the office 2x per day everyday during my Arizona trip to practice. I learned so much during those practice sessions, and they were vital to my at-home lens success. Dr. Morrison and the entire In Focus team deeply care about their patients and set them up to succeed. They were worth every plane ride!

As caring a place as you could imagine. You are not a “customer” but a human being. Truly cares about you. Thank you.

Michael K

Following my cornea transplant, I had nearly lost all hope for comfortable vision.
Dr. Morrison gave me back both vision and hope after my transplant. Her scleral lens expertise and compassionate care have been life-changing. Dr. Morrison and team make the entire process smooth and reassuring. My lenses fit beautifully and my vision is better than I ever imagined.
I now look forward to appointments - a remarkable difference from my past experiences. Truly exceptional care. Thank You all so much!

Donna L

Dr. Kaci is a very good optometrist. She listens to your needs and is very thorough and very pleasant to work with. I was having poor vision with my existing contact lens mono-vision prescription. She was very good at presenting various options including scleral lenses. In the end she fit me with a new mono-vision prescription that works very well for both near and far vision. I highly recommend Dr. Kaci for your vision needs.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Life-Changing Vision Care
I have struggled with vision issues since I was 17, and over the years my eyesight progressively worsened. Every eye doctor I saw told me the same thing: “You have keratoconus, and there’s only so much we can do.” I was led to believe that limited vision was something I just had to accept for the rest of my life.

That all changed when I found IN FOCUS Specialty Contact Lenses and Vision Solutions and Dr. Kaci Kramer Oldroyd.

From the very first visit, the experience was completely different thorough, thoughtful, and genuinely focused on solutions, not limitations. Dr. Kramer Oldroyd took the time to truly understand my eyes and my history, and she never treated my condition like a dead end.

Today, I can see 20/15 in both eyes something I never thought was even possible. The clarity I have now is nothing short of life-changing.

This has been, hands down, the best investment I have ever made in myself. If you are struggling with vision issues, especially if you’ve been told “this is as good as it gets,” do not wait. Invest in yourself and go to IN FOCUS. It will change your life the way it changed mine.
Highly, highly recommend.

Adam S

If I could give Dr. Morrison more stars I would! She listens and truly cares about her patients. She finds solutions to vision problems. I can't say thank you enough. Thanks to Dr. Morrison I can see clearly again.

Martin P

My first question to Dr. Morrison was, “Have You helped people with the situation I have? “ Her answer was, “Yes, and even people with worse.” After not being able to drive for 7 months, due to scarring on my cornea, I was able to get my driver's license. A cornea specialist had recommended a cornea transplant, but, Dr. Morrison fitted me with a sclera contact lens. She is very, very knowledgeable and has a big desire to help people. I, without question, highly recommend. The staff at In Focus are friendly and helpful.

Michael V

Dr. Kramer gave me such an extensive examination explaining everything very throughly and answering questions very well along the way. Great service for sure!

Michael S

"Perfect Experience all around!"
I flew in from out of state with a one way ticket hoping to find success with Scleral lenses. I have Keratoconus in both eyes with one eye suffering from complications of a post CXL infection.

I specifically went to Dr. Morrison after finding her on Instagram and watching some of the cutting edge content she is putting online daily.

I had tried a traditional pair of sclerals before and had issues getting more than 2 to 3 hours of wear everyday without significant eye pain...

I was seeing Dr. Morrison post about the Eye Print Pro's and came to the realization that this is my eyesight and needed something where I could live my life with great vision and without pain.

I showed up on a Thursday, they molded my eyes the same day for the custom fit, and I was wearing a pair of lenses by the next Monday afternoon. It was unbelievable.

Yes, I did have to pay for express manufacturing but the cost was very reasonable. Especially, if you are coming from out of state and paying for hotel cost. You will want to do express so you can finish everything in one trip.

Follow ups were thorough and hands on by Dr. Morrison herself or the other staff optometrist. Today I'm successfully wearing these sclerals 12 hours a day comfortably. I used to fear driving at night and its not a problem anymore. I'm no longer missing out on life.

Scleral contacts in general are expensive. In Focus doesn't take insurance which I don't blame them, and honestly insurance probably won't pay for anything other than traditional scleral lenses.

If you compare the cost of traditional sclerals vs a pair of eye print pros. It's really not much different if paying out of pocket.

I was able to get two fittings within 8 days. Flew in and out a month later for a one month follow up, and then received the final slight prescription change fitting the mail.
It has been life changing for me.

Keith H

My wife has never found the level of success with Scleral lenses. But we took a chance on In Focus and Dr Kaci Kramer. Best decision my wife and I made. Not to go into personal details of my wife’s medical history. But Dr Kramer was able to give my wife the recommendation for blood work just based on an eye exam. And we are grateful we did. She’s an exceptional Dr.

Hallgurd D

My whole experience with InFocus has been outstanding. All of the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Scheduling is easy and electronic communication before and between appointments timely. Most importantly, Dr. Kramer’s attention to detail and professional expertise resulted in significant improvement to my vision — never thought I’d achieve 20/20 again and she got me there! If you need specialty lenses, I highly recommend InFocus!

Rebecca S

I have seen dozens of doctors over the years and NONE of them have been able to fit contacts for me. I have never been able to see well, even with contacts. It always takes 7-10 times to get a pair that partially works. Doctor Morrison has been nothing short of fantastic and extremely knowledgable. She FINALLY fit contacts for me that I can see beautifully out of! I am blown away! It also only took her 3 visits. I have severe Keratoconus and very difficult eyes and she has helped me see 20/20 for the first time in my life! I am beyond grateful! I cam from Idaho to see her and it was 100% worth it!

Tahnee H

Dr. Morrison and her staff are wonderful. They are always willing to help you with any contact issues, and are professionally knowledgeable and kind. They are unquestionably the best, and I can easily give them five stars. The office is also aesthetically beautiful & calming.

Kathryn M

Helped me out so much appreciate it and thankful for everything they have done for me I am able to have my life back.thank you so much for everything.

Cassandra C

Dr Morrison and staff provide cutting edge technology with old school service for the best patient experience possible. If you need contact lenses you NEED to go to In Focus.

Russell W

After 50 years of dealing with keratoconus, I was told that I needed a cornea transplant for my left eye. Looking for an alternative solution, I was so fortunate to find Dr. Morrison on the National Keratoconus Foundation website. Not only did she help me avoid a transplant, but she gave me the unexpected bonus of correcting my vision to 20/20 with specially designed contacts. I have not seen this well since I was 19 and I love seeing this clear undistorted world!

Louise G

I could go into great detail, but suffice to say that I have special problems with my eyes and I got special treatment from In Focus and Dr Caitlin Morrison. I started wearing glasses when I was 6 and contacts when I was 12. I'm now 75 years old, so I've seen a wide variety of eye care professionals. Dr Morrison is the best I've seen. She's taken an incredibly long time with appointments, explaining details and features of the special lenses with which she's fitting me. She was full of answers without many questions from me. Go. "See" for yourself. You won't be disappointed. This is a top-notch Doc

Jerry K

Dr. Morrison is so amazing. She is very professional in her field of work and can go extra mile to help me find the best remedy for my eye. She is very helpful, accommodating, and very knowledgeable in looking for the best outcome that my eye could have. I was so happy to meet her.

Jade K

I love the team here! They brought me back to sight after not being able to see well for the past 20 years! They were very easy to work with and everyone there is very nice and thoughtful! I highly recommend you give them a try!!

Keith N

What can I say? Dr. Morrison is a true master in all senses of the word. Thanks to her and the amazing advances in technology in treating Keratoconus disease, both my visual acuity and comfort have improved exponentially with my new scleral lenses.
Her professionalism, expertise, persistence, and responsiveness have made this a remarkable, positive experience. I would recommend her without qualification.

Howard C.

Dr. Morrison was awesome! Never wore contacts before their office was professional and fast at getting me an appointment. She went over all of my options and ordered the perfect lenses. Could not recommend them enough!!

Setu P.

Dr Morrison is amazing! Was referred to Dr Morrison from another eye doctor who felt she would be able to help me see better and she was right! My vision is very complicated after having RK (pre LASIK), cataracts, and torn retina, scar tissue and astigmatism. Dr. Morrison was able to get me to 20/30 vision! She is wonderful to work with, very professional and so kind. 💜💜

S. McInelly

Dr. Morrison is the best! She took time to examine my eyes and explain to me what I need to do to reduce my dry eye symptoms.

Cat

We love this place! My son got contacts for the first time and they were very helpful getting him to feel comfortable putting them in and getting them out. Would definitely recommend!

Jennifer C.

Getting set up with multifocal contacts with Dr. Morrison was a great experience. She was very thorough, discussed different options, and provided a couple different trial pairs. Very friendly and helpful office staff and Dr. Morrison was great to work with.

Corey B.

Absolutely loved my experience there! AND I CAN SEEEEEEE!

Lexi

Dr. Morrison helped me in a way that truly changed my life. I was diagnosed with Keratoconus five years ago and have since had corneal cross-linking to stop progression. The next step to see better was to see Dr. Morrison, who came highly recommended by my ophthalmologist. Dr. Morrison did in-depth scans and prescription tests to see what lens would work best for me. She has so many options I was never aware of, and she told me lens she thought would be best for me based on my scans and the way eyes are.

Dr. Morrison has been very patient, kind, thorough, responsive, and all around amazing in this process. I’m SO happy to say I am seeing exponentially better now and can pretty much get back to living my normal life!

Kimberli E.

I just wanted to say that you have truly changed my life. The moment I put my contact lenses in and walked around the shopping centre without glasses felt absolutely amazing, so much so that I burst into tears - this is the first time since my brain tumor removal that I could see without my glasses on. I wanted to thank you for all your help considering you are on the other side of the world, so thank you so very much!
I am extremely happy and grateful.

Emma M.

I love In Focus! They assisted me with new and improved contacts that improved my vision and dry eye. Their service is superb!

Carrie T.

Kind and compassionate office. Dr. Morrison is so knowledgable and helpful. I am so grateful to have been referred to this office. I had very blurry vision in my right eye, and now have clear, sharp, almost 20/20 vision.

Michaela H.

Amazing place - if anyone out there is having trouble with hard contact lenses, STOP what you're doing and go to In Focus ASAP. Totally helped me see again!!!!!

Trenton B.

Always a pleasure. Very professional and thorough.

Shelley C.

I had an incredible appointment with Dr. Morrison today and I am so grateful for the time she spent with me to help me understand my issues and come to a resolution. How wonderful to have a medical professional actually listen and care. Dr. Morrison knows her stuff and clearly, this is her calling, not just a job. I have never been more impressed and would not hesitate to refer anyone I know if her help is warranted. She has given me new hope in my quest for better vision. If you have vision issues and need help, call today, do not wait!!!

Steven S.

I was referred to Dr. Morrison by my Ophthalmologist to try scleral contact lenses due to scar tissue developing over my cornea from Radial Keratotomy. Dr. Morrison fitted me for scan-based scleral contact lenses and it made a 100% difference in my eyesight. Dr. Morrison seriously cares about each patient and works only with you in your examination and actual fitting of the contacts. The reason I say this is I had a bad experience with the contact doctor who allowed his staff to fit his patients and it did not work well at all for me. I highly recommend Dr. Morrison - she is a Godsend to people like me that cannot wear regular contacts and/or still have poor vision with glasses. As you can tell by my review, I absolutely love Dr. Morrison and her office staff.

Vicki A.

I was diagnosed with keratoconus and had a cornea transplant in my right eye at 27 yrs old and crosslinking at 31. After my transplant, I needed to wear scleral lenses, which worked good but then my doctor decided to not do them anymore which he then referred me to Dr. Morrison at In Focus. She has been absolutely amazing and with her abilities, we did a scleral lens I had never heard of called the EyePrint scleral. And I'm glad we did because the vision was so much better than previous lenses and we were able to get a custom fit that felt better as well. I have full confidence in her and her expertise and will continue to be a patient from here on out. If you are even considering scleral or specialty lenses I would make an appointment, even if you live out of Phoenix. I live 2.5 hours north of Scottsdale and the drive is well worth it! I could write pages upon how much she has helped me but I'll leave it that.

Chris J.

We were referred to Dr Morrison from my daughter’s pediatric ophthalmologist for first time contact lens exam/instruction. The office staff was great, very nice and personable, and actually got her in later that same day. Dr Morrison spent an hour with us, she was wonderful, patiently trying to teach my daughter how to get contacts in and out. We went home with samples to practice and returned a week later, to make sure they were fitting right and to confirm the prescription. I would highly recommend Dr. Morrison to any family with kiddos who want to start contacts. She is lovely and knows how to connect with the kids. You won’t be disappointed!

Sandy B.

Dr. Morrison is the absolute gold standard for any type of medical professional! My daughter sees her and we talked about how she is the best, nicest, and most knowledgeable doctor out of all that she sees. She is so kind, patient, and extremely thorough and knowledgeable. It is almost like visiting an old friend. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Brandi O.

I had LASIK corrective eye surgery in 2019 which left me with under-corrected vision, irregular astigmatism, and severe dry eye. I was able to wear glasses to correct my vision, however, the dry eye was becoming debilitating. After a year of working with a corneal/dry eye specialist, spending thousands on eye medication and drops, I came to Dr. Morrison on recommendation from a renowned Dr. in the scleral lens industry. My eyes are very sensitive as a result of LASIK, so getting the proper fit was crucial. Dr. Morrison was so patient and empathetic when I came to her. After several fittings, I am happy to say that I am wearing my scleral lenses up to 12 hours per day, have the best vision while wearing them AND have no need for Xiidra, Lotemax or Autologous Serum Tears any longer. These scleral lenses have saved my eyes. I can’t thank Dr. Morrison and her staff enough for giving me my quality of life back.

Makenzie L.

Dr. Morrison is a true professional and I would recommend her services to anyone looking for personalized eye care. I have been wearing contact lenses for over 20 years and have attended many eye appointments over the last two decades - and yet I still walked out of my appointment with Dr. Morrison knowing even more about my eyes than I did before. I appreciated she took the time to explain to me what she was doing and why, including showing me a picture of each of my eyes which showed my degree of dry eye. I have never had an eye doctor do this for me before! She also made the process of ordering new contacts seamless, which I appreciated. The office was lovely, modern, clean and sustainable (I appreciated that the forms didn't waste paper!) Also during this time of COVID-19, I know how scary it can be to go into a medical office, so I appreciated the extra measures she and her office staff are taking to make sure sure patients feel safe! Thank you Dr. Morrison 🙂

Kat S.

I love Dr. Morrison! I tell everyone I know about her because everyone deserves a great optometrist!! She is extremely thorough during visits and always answers my questions. I've never had an issue with getting responses back when I have emailed her office by phone or by email.

I highly recommend her! Especially for people with corneal disease! It's hard to find someone in town who truly knows how to fit scleral lenses. I've been to many optometrists over the years and she is by far the best one I've ever had!

Dr. Morrison is THE BEST. I LOVEEEE learning, and she spent the time teaching me what she was looking at and really educating me on great ways to ensure I'm taking care of my eyes. Not to mention she's very personable, so outside of knowing I was in her great care, I also enjoyed my time with her. You seriously can't go wrong!

I have to share my experience about Eyeprint Pro contact lenses. I was told that since I have been experiencing double vision that I would have to stop wearing contacts and wear my glasses full time. It was a hard adjustment for me since I have worn contacts since 1957. Out of curiosity I decided to Google double vision contacts. I came up with the information about Eyeprint Pro and contacted Dr. Caitlin Morrison. She was amazing and answered any questions I could think of. We live in Billings, MT and her practice is located in Scottsdale, Az. Since we go to Arizona for a couple of months it worked perfect to go and find out if the lenses would work for me. Well two months later...I have them and I LOVE them. They are multi-focal and also have prisms for the double vision. Wonderful and caring people to work with. Worth every penny they cost! Without reservations I would recommend contacting Dr. Morrison.

Just had my annual eye exam at In Focus in Scottsdale. Dr. Morrison is a terrific optometrist who specializes in contact lenses. I've been wearing glasses for almost 30 years and until I started going to Dr. Morrison, I believed from previous optometrists that I wasn't a good candidate for contacts. I have both far-sightedness and astigmatism as well as needing a prescription for reading. In other words, I need a multifocal lens. Dr. Morrison was able to find me the latest technology lens that. far surpasses any we tried previously. She worked with e to find the perfect contact lens set that met all of my requirements. I'm thrilled, to say the least. I highly recommend In Focus and Dr. Morrison if you are considering contacts after years of eyeglasses and being told you're not a good candidate. I can personally attest to her professionalism and expertise. Great job!!!

Dr. Morrison is the best! From the moment you call and make your appointment to the moment you walk into her office you receive the best customer service and caring attitude.

My daughter had wanted contact lenses for quite awhile but didn't think she could because she has lens implants - she had cataracts removed when she was 3. Our Ophthalmologist Dr. James Plotnik sent us to Dr. Morrison as she is a contact lens specialist.

Dr. Morrison was so attentive and made sure the lens was just right. She even mailed them to our home on more than one occasion.

My daughter is thrilled and we know she is getting the best care possible for her unique vision needs.

What a wonderful experience this has been. After years of being unable to wear contact lenses because I had Radial Keratotomy decades ago, I was pleased to learn about Sclera lenses. Honestly these are amazing! Dr. Morrison has thoughtfully, patiently worked through multiple fittings to ensure a perfect outcome. I personally have astigmatism that added layers of complexity to the problem. I also chose to have one near, one far sighted. I couldn't be any happier with the outcome. Dr. Morrison is kind and enjoyable to work with. I am grateful.

I have been so pleased with the entire experience with Dr. Morrison! Due to an eye condition glasses were no longer working as well as they should so I was referred to Dr. Morrison for possible scleral lenses. The whole process was explained and she was so patient in getting just the right fit on my custom lenses. Great services - I would highly recommend.

I love Dr. Morrison! She is so knowledgeable and kind. My prescription has has been overcorrected and she lessened my script so that my eyes can relax. My headaches are gone with this new prescription!

Dr Morrison fit my 11 year old daughter with her first pair of contacts. She was so patient in each visit to teacher her how to get them in and out. Additionally, my daughter has a complicated astigmatism and myopia prescription so I was really impressed with the specialty contacts that she found to meet her needs.

They were very knowledgeable and professional taking the time to fit me with soft contact lens which I did not think I could wear. Would recommend them highly.

Dr. Caitlin Morrison was more than friendly and professional. She welcomed me very warmly to her medical office. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Morrison was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She really takes the time to listen to what you're experiencing and walk you through your options.

This was the most attentive medical experience I have ever had. I am a young patient who visited Dr. Caitlin Morrison after having complications from 2 floaters-only-vitrectomies on my right eye done at a well-known clinic in Phoenix. Dr. Morrison went over every single issue, thought creatively about the problems, and even spent time addressing other non-surgery-related issues like dry-eyes and what to do about future cataract issues I will most likely experience. I don't think I'll ever go back to another place for my eye needs. Though my issues are going to end up being somewhat permanent, it's refreshing to know there is an OD out there who is willing to address the problems thoughtfully and creatively as they come my way. A 5-star experience, and I don't say that often.

Dr. Morrison does an excellent job of accessing a patient's visual health and then recommending solutions that best fit with a patient's lifestyle.

My husband and I greatly appreciated our vision, immediate options, as well as a roadmap of our future vision health. Dr. Morrison allowed my husband and I to be examined together which really helped us to glean a clearer understanding of each other's sight challenges

Beautiful office, friendly receptionist, and overall great experience

Working with Dr. Morrison was a very pleasant experience. From the initial consultation to the receipt of the contact lenses, she was extremely helpful in explaining the process. She was also very helpful and patient with me in teaching the correct installation and removal process of the contact lenses

I am SO happy to express the feeling of gratitude and a HUGE THANK YOU to Dr. Morrison and staff. If you have ANY vision issues, let alone double vision, you only need to make 1 call – In Focus. And to anyone who might be dealing with Myasthenia Gravis and often double vision as a result, like me, Dr. Morrison can be your “saving grace.” Dr. Morrison has been able to fit me with an “occlusion contact lens” (this blocks the vision in one eye so I can actually see, drive, golf (the big one here…LOL) and overall have a “normal” life. Dr. Morrison's efforts have truly given me my life back and made a difference to incredible for mere words. Her relentless drive for excellence and precision is such a joy to experience firsthand. And to Kristy and Margaree, who always greet me with a smile (even over the phone), kindness, and more than welcoming, thank you both for adding so much to my overall wonderful experience each and every time we have a chance to speak or meet in person. You have both made me feel like “part of the In Focus family.” I appreciate you all so very, very much.

I was diagnosed with keratoconus in 1993 after switching from hard to soft contact lenses. A corneal transplant was then performed in 1998. I needed to wear glasses along with the contacts, eventually ending up back in a hard contact lens piggy-backed on the soft lens along with a pair of glasses. Cataracts were removed in 2001 and 2004 after which I was advised to stop wearing contacts and went into progressive glasses. I continued to experience great difficulty seeing for the next 11 years and was getting new glasses twice a year. After seeing two corneal specialists in early 2020, I was given the choice of replacing the original corneal transplant or trying a non-surgical approach. I was referred to Dr. Caitlin Morrison who after a meticulous examination, explained the advantages of a scleral lens to deal with the uneven surface of my 22-year-old cornea. For the first time in over 20 years, I was again able to experience 20/20 vision with the scleral lens. I was surprised that they are even more comfortable than my much smaller old lens. I am now engaged in a regimen to deal with dry eye syndrome. Currently I have incredible acuity for the first few hours, but then it gradually worsens until I need to remove and clean the lens before reinserting. I’m encouraged that this problem will also be solved as I continue to work with Dr. Morrison.

I was very pleased with Dr. Caitlin. She was very patient and helpful in teaching me how to use my new contacts, which I love!

I strongly recommend taking your child to see Dr Morrison. She has specifically fit my daughter in MiSight contact lenses to help slow the progression of her myopia. My daughter is a first time wearer and Dr Morrison had nothing but patience with my daughter. She took the time and explained everything to her. I love that!
Her staff (Christy) was so personable and they both made my daughter feel comfortable the entire visit. They took all covid precautions. If you are looking for someone that specializes in children I strongly advise going to see Dr Morrison. You will not be disappointed. Thank you!

I sought out Dr. Morrison for her expertise in contact fitting, specifically scleral lenses. I have bounced around a few eye doctors here in the Valley, but my search is now over. Dr. Morrison was extremely nice and professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about all of the latest happenings in optometry and contact fitting. She has a great office in Old Town Scottsdale, super accessible, nice and clean. I would recommend her to anyone needing specialty contacts. She's great!

I'm elderly but still very active and was frustrated with the status quo of dry eyes from contacts and thirty yr old RK gone south. Found Dr Morrison and scleral lenses. My eyes are not dry and I have 20/25 vs 20/50. Very happy and extremely pleased.

Dr. Morrison is incredible! I have tried to find doctors in Arizona to make specialty scleral lenses . With no luck, I was having my contacts made by a doctor in California for the past several years. Still determined to find a doctor in Arizona (where I live), I found Dr. Morrison. Not only was she able to recreate these specialty lenses, she was also able to put my prescription in them! In addition, her office is so cute and in a great location! Lastly, she is not only incredibly knowledgeable but she listens and addresses all your concerns!! Highly recommend!!!

Catlin is always ready to help. I can't say enough about how proficiently and professionally she handled my case. I have recommended her to several of my friends and that is the best compliment .
