What’s Included
- One pair of custom specialty lenses (or one lens if fitting one eye)
- Add-ons like multifocal optics, prism, or higher-order aberration correction
- 3–4 months of professional fitting care and prescription adjustments
- Unlimited training sessions to help you succeed with your lenses
- Concierge support Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
- Emergency after-hours contact for urgent lens needs
Payment Structure
For New Patients:
- $350 consultation fee at your first visit (non-refundable)
- Initial deposit split into two parts:
- One at lens order
- One at lens dispensing
- Remaining balance divided into 12 equal monthly ACH payments
For Existing Patients (Refits):
- $220 annual exam fee (non-refundable)
- Remaining balance divided into 12 equal monthly ACH payments

Lens Warranty
- 90 days of fitting and revision coverage (or 120 days for prism/HOA lenses)
- Outside this window, any new, broken, or lost lenses must be purchased separately — keeping your plan straightforward and transparent.

How do I set up my payments?
You’ll receive an email with a secure link to connect your bank account via Stripe — a trusted, encrypted system that safely connects your account for automatic payments. Once connected, your payments are processed each month, securely and automatically.
Do I need to log in each month to make payments?
No — once you’ve set up your payment method, everything runs automatically. You’ll receive confirmations each month for peace of mind.
When will my first payment be processed?
- New patients: on the 1st of the month after your lenses are dispensed.
- Existing patients: on the 1st of the month after your annual exam.
How long does the plan last?
The plan runs for 12 months and ends automatically. No renewals, no surprises.
What happens if my payment doesn’t go through?
We’ll notify you right away! Simply reconnect your bank account or call our office for help. Keeping your plan active ensures uninterrupted care.
Do unused benefits roll over?
No — benefits are designed to be used within the 12-month plan period to encourage ongoing, proactive eye care.
Can I enroll later if I decline now?
Yes, you can — but only after a new consultation or annual exam. Pricing and eligibility are personalized based on your current lens needs.
