That’s why we created the Peace of Mind Payment Plan: a flexible, in-house, 12-month, interest-free plan that makes it easy to invest in your long-term eye health and comfort.

Whether you’re ready to upgrade to impression-based scleral lenses or want to enhance your vision with Higher Order Aberration (HOA) glare correction, prism, or multifocal optics, this plan makes it possible to do it now, and pay gradually over time.

We’ll set you up with secure bank transfers (ACH) so your payment happens automatically each month — no logging in or remembering due dates.

The Peace of Mind Plan allows you to upgrade immediately and pay gradually — while still enjoying interest-free flexibility and personalized care.

  • One pair of custom specialty lenses (or one lens if fitting a single eye)
  • 3–4 months of professional fitting and adjustment care
  • ​Unlimited training sessions for lens handling and care
  • Concierge-style support for questions, troubleshooting, and appointment coordination
  • Optional upgrades: Impression-based lenses, HOA, Prism, or Multifocal optics

Payment Structure

For New Patients

  • $350 consultation fee (non-refundable)
  • Two-part initial deposit (one when lenses are ordered, one at dispensing)
  • Remaining balance split into 12 equal monthly ACH payments

For Existing Patients (Refits)

  • $220 annual exam fee (non-refundable)
  • Remaining balance divided into 12 equal monthly ACH payments

Lens Warranty & Care

  • 90-Day Fitting: Includes all lens adjustments and revisions during your fitting period.
  • 120-Day Fitting: added warranty time for HOA, Prism, and Multifocal enhancements.
  • After fitting timelines, new lenses and exams are billed separately — keeping everything simple and clear.

Common Questions

Is the plan really interest-free?

Yes — you’ll never pay financing fees, interest, or surprise charges.

Can I use the plan to upgrade my lenses?

Absolutely. Most of our patients use this plan to upgrade to impression-based scleral lenses, HOA correction, prism, or multifocal optics when their prescription or comfort needs change.

Some patients who need reading glasses have multiple pairs of lenses: one pair for glare-free distance vision, and one multifocal pair for seeing up close without reaching for readers.

How do payments work?

We’ll send you a secure link to connect your bank account (ACH) or you can connect in the office with us. Once set up, payments are processed automatically each month.

When does my plan start?

For new patients: the 1st of the month after your lenses are dispensed.

For refits: the 1st of the month following your annual exam.

Can I cancel or change my plan?

You can make upgrades or changes anytime — just talk to our team. If you discontinue lenses or your needs change medically, we’ll help you adjust your plan appropriately.
